It is a solution aimed at entrepreneurs who use manual methods of controlling working hours in their organisation and are looking for proven ways to manage human resources more effectively - and thus save more time and money. RCP programmes significantly streamline tedious and repetitive HR processes, relieving the burden on employees who previously had to deal with it personally.

The time and attendance system is used for the comprehensive planning, recording and accounting of working time. The tool collects and analyses various data on the working hours of individual employees and departments in the company, and then converts them into transparent information that enables employers to effectively monitor and manage staff working time.

The core functionalities of the RCP system include:

  • Employee records. The tool provides easy access to the personal data of your company's employees, including information such as length of service or full-time equivalent. Added to this are functions for the automatic recording of events such as employee entry and exit, start and end times, lateness, absences, etc.
  • Planning of schedules and creation of rosters. The module allows a ready-made work schedule to be automatically created for each employee. In doing so, it takes into account aspects such as working hours, holiday requests and current restrictions under applicable labour laws. The generated schedules can later be freely edited.
  • Time accounting. Information is collected on the basis of readings from recorders or activities recorded in the electronic online system (when using RCP computer software).
  • Generation of working time reports. The employer is able to create a variety of reports depending on the current demand. These can include information such as the work schedule or the available overtime limit for individual employees.
  • Application registrations. The ability to quickly create and manage employee requests, such as requests for leave, overtime or sick leave. The automatic circulation of information and documents improves the efficiency of control and allows the convenient management of employee time and absence data.

It is worth emphasising that a standard working time recording system uses 2 components, i.e. a recording device (the so-called working time recorder) and an identification card or pendant assigned to a specific employee. Such a solution eliminates the risk of mistakes or misrepresentation and, at the same time, meets the requirements of the Labour Code and the National Labour Inspectorate.

How to record employees' working time using an RCP system?

Time and attendance software allows you to conveniently control and monitor working time in various environments: offices, warehouses, industrial plants or shops. And what does this process look like in practice?

  1. An employee comes to the workplace and registers the start of work in the RCP system.
  2. The employee works during the hours specified in his/her schedule.
  3. The employee finishes his/her shift and records the end of work in the RCP system.

There are a number of different ways of recording working time that work well for companies that work onsite, in a hybrid model or that operate solely on a remote working basis.
